Crap line up for Melbourne. I'm so over the same old rides year in year out, and now No Limit is not even returning? I think they've decided to close the carnival early every evening simply because they know that people will not want to stay too long anyway due to complete boredom in the carnival area.

Perth looks like fun, I should get over there some time to check it all out.

I'm still having trouble believing the carnival will close so early each night. Surely it's a mistake!

I have a theory on why they're closing the carnivals so early this year. It may be a way of getting people to leave earlier (I know it sounds rather ridiculous, but this 'early to rise, early to bed' bullcrap is just as bad ) You know what guys lets stop bitching about how bad the carnival is this year. I mean it's better than Luna Park...I know it's a reaaaally bad comparisson but...

Yeah sometimes I complain too much about the show but it's only because I am remembering too much of the good old days, I guess I need to chill a bit and just accept that things have changed over the years. I'm gonna give the show a try this year and will make the most of what is there to enjoy.

Still a little early but definitely better than 7:30 as advertised. I reckon the carnival will operate later than the specified time as it will be packed with people coming from the fireworks and last minute showbags I imagine.

I agree on that with you benclare,if they were to close down early you would have all that after crowd for the operator's to pull in for one of those's last stop for thrillseekers and parents

Great to see Flashdance back at Royal. One of my show favouites to ride besides Hardrock of course.
Does Dales Amusements still own Flashdance or does it have a new owner. Its been a while since Ive seen it.
