Yeh hopefully a good show for you guys. Do you know what rides are attending?
Re: Harvey Show 25-26th April 2009
Mark, were you at Rockingham over Easter? I thought it was just Mitro according to the ad in the paper but I did see a few pieces of other people's equipment as I drove past.

I thought the lineup would've been bigger. Oh well still good. Who owns the Gravitron there?

Ok thanks Vee, I thought he might've taken Super Bowl there? Has he done any worki with it since hes had ownership of it?
Re: Harvey Show 25-26th April 2009
How did the show go? I reckon the super bowl is a top ride, it's been years since I last saw it over here on the east coast. Does the new owner plan to bring it back over here?

No its not an A.R.M Superbowl. For some reason I have a feeling it was made by SDC. I may not be correct but I can find out. This is the ride here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/goodhasgone/262965845/
Yeh Phil Durkin travelled the ride over this side of the country for a number of years. Remember seeing it at Hawkesbury one year.

SDC sounds right to me - it's one of those Italian manufacturers. It's a quality ride but not the most transportable design.
Not only does it tilt up, but it also has an eccentric turret - like a Trabant. It is probably more complicated than it needs to be. (all other 'Superbowl' / Flipper designs only have one axis)

Yeh that's what I noticed about this WA model compared to others around the world. I've never seen any other Superbowl type ride with the eccentric turrent.
