Tamworth shows on this weekend. Carnival area starting to fill up. Space roller turned up overnight, will be interesting to see if anything turns up from moomba. If hard rock shows up im happy

See what i can do. Drive past the showground on the way to work so if anything shows up will let use no. Going friday night an sat night but might call in friday morning for a ride line up.Space rollers a def along with flashdance an marches hurricane. Interesting to see if skywalker will turn up after moomba. Has been last two years

Drove past the showground today by the looks of it Hardrock an seacircus had not long arrived. Both in there positions ready to be setup. Also noticed wave swinger there half setup an tilt.

xxxl makes its tamworth show. xxxl,hardrock and speed got set up today.
A write up in the local paper with guild president george pink saying "' Melbournes bad luck story with all the rain an incredile hailstorms has seen most of its event at moomba festival cancelled,consequently the hardy showpeople just pulled up stumps and headed for Tamworth.""He also comented Tamworth will have some of the best rides in Australia available. He said there will be rides at sideshow alley this year that have not been seen before in Tamworth, and when the Tamworth Show is over more than half of them will head to muswellbrook and rfs, while the other half will go to Toowoomba and Brisbane. By the sound of it should be an awesome show.

Heres the ride lineup for tamworth show
-sea circus -marches hurricane an whizzer- Gills ali baba plus there dogems, bout 3 other sets there as well - super trooper -cyper party -tilt -kamakazi -Dales flashdance
hard rock - speed - xxxl you dont release how big this ride is till your standing in front of it - another whizzer - plent of kiddies rides an games -going back later so if i missed anything
will add later. Surprised no skywalker concidering its owners from the new england almost a home show for it, an no crazy cars. Should be a good show but then any shows a good show.

My mistake everyone skywalker is there.
Notice hardrock had a few broken lights.
Anyone interested dales flashdance has a fulltime travel job going.

Seems like a decent lineup for this years show. I also noticed that Hard Rock had quite a few broken lights at Ballarat back in November so they probbly havnt fixed them yet. But i must say it doesnt look good at all with the lights broken.

I will take a few pics tonight then just matter of putting the on. Anyone got any hints on how its done that would be great

You can upload photos two ways what I know of. One is using http://imageshack.us you upload your file on that site and then copy the forum link into a new post on the forums here, thats one way. The other way that I know of is uploading a attachment on the forums here. Just below the 'save, preview and submit' buttons there will be a Upload Attachment button you will need to click and upload via that. Any pics would be apreciated by AAF members Harry.

I use photobucket. Make an account, then upload photos which you'll see how to then copy the links for each photo and paste them on here. Yeh that's because Flashdance is for sale. And the broken lights would've been from last weekend at Moomba, wouldn't take 4 months to replace lights...

Just got home from the show, great crowd quite at first. All the major rides did well, super trooper was a bit to quite thou.
Does anyone know the price on flashdance last time i think it was 250K.Noticed a few tears in the seats an paint work on the cars .
Kinda looked a bit run down. Ali baba had early problems ride delayed for bout 20mins.
Has marchs always had the wave swinger.
Hard rock , speed, xxxl ,sky walker , space roller an cyper party all had good crowds an where all going crazy.
Got some good pics will try put them on over the weekend, just hope they turn out alright.

Glad to see Sky Walker is doing well, surely made up for Moomba in just one day!

Yeah sky walker did well i thought, started of quiet but took once the crowds started rolling in

similar with Moomba, people were a bit unsure of what it did n stuff, but come Monday night at 10pm, we were the last to close, we had a full load, and a massive crowd watching, taking photos.... it was pretty epic haha
