It is ashame now with things changing, coming and going with some different things. It is shocking that Moomba has less rides and is better than Melbourne. Where's the carnival area this year, is it in the same spot as last year?

I agree with everything said as far as Moomba goes. It had a pretty bad run for a couple years but now seems to be better than RMS. It sucks the RMS is they way it is now. Thank goodness for the regional shows too...which actually don't mind getting some old classic rides back.

The Strangers wasn't bad.... It was rather well done in regards to capturing the feel....
anyways moving on....

The movie itself wasn't that bad... I just didn't really see much of a storyline... Apart from the crashing and bashing of the house. And that "Because you were home" Line!
One of the scenes made my mate jump that much... he actually landed in the next seat and spilt popcorn all over me!

I Can't wait till the show! I'm lookin forward to tryin Hard Rock, Power Surge and No Limit and ofcourse Space Roller. Huss, wat is the pie? Also on the Perth Show website they have Power Surge listed, as far as i'm aware there is only one traveling Power Surge so which show will get it?

It is a Heritage Listed icon... its a large pie... i think a gillies pie... and it sits on these massive supports....

i'm going down tomorrow, hopefully most equipment will be there, I imagine that they are all arriving today....
Photo's will be on their way.
Also, the old carnival area has been sold off, and they will be commencing building on Apartments very soon.... stupid showgrounds for selling that area off, it really pisses me off, we get stuck with a junk area of a carnival, and to think Melbourne and Sydney were pretty much the two shows you HAD to have your ride at
