Shorts have already confirmed at this years Melbourne Show, that both TAIPAN and ZIPPER will be back down at RYE over christmas...
now lets hope Pirate and if Enterprise is back... they at least do rye... Id love to see a kamikaze down there or something..

Last time I saw Enterprise was at Rosebud (around 2001 I think?)

it was there on Australia Day 2002, with La Bamba at Rosebud

absolutely the best year! Rainbow was where Taipan sets up

Those were the days! Still, coastal Victoria gets some good Christmas carnivals even now. The best ones in NSW are on the North Coast although O'Neil's have recently started doing Wollongong; may have to head down there this year!

lol me and 2 friends have decided if Wollongong gets Rainbow, were gonna go for like a night or 2, and just ride the hell out of it, and drive back! hahaha

Good one Huss; I reckon it'd be worth the trip. If you do it, let me know and we could perhaps meet for a ride or two on Rainbow and Ranger if it's there. Does anyone know where exactly in the Gong the carnival goes? I'm guessing somewhere around Belmore Basin, near the harbour but I don't know for sure.

Ur rite ben, there r some great carnivals along the east coast of oz. I'll b at bells this yearand maybe joylands to hopefully ride the power surge if it goes. I'll do a review and take some pics
