When is the Best Time of Year to Visit the Gold Coast?
I'm going to the Gold Coast in March and I'm wondering when the most popular time of year to go is. Okay, for Dreamworld, I've learnt very quickly from experience when you can get THE most rides in on one day.
Directly after the summer holidays is what we regard as "THE DEAD ZONE."
Basically, everyone has been to dreamworld during the holidays, and the park becomes dead for a week or two while the off-peak guests start rolling in.
Then there's winter. It's great because everyone thinks its gonna be freezing, but its the friekin gold coast anyway, the only thing you need to look out for is rain. Rain means no TOT for at least half a day if its drizzle.
