Pic request - slide ride

G'day all,

I was wondering if anyone had some good pics of the giant slide rides (esp Phelans) in its folded state and working state.
Side on would be prefered but a rear shot in its folded state will be helpful as well.

Note these are for a model I am intending to build.

G'day all,

I have done some more research and it seems the pic/s of the slide I am after may not have been Phelan's, but instead either Cess Patterson's or Whittingslow's.

The version of slide I am after unlike Phelan's current ones don't have a stepped trailer deck and is one of the original larger/higher ones imported to Oz several years ago.
It had a single level main deck with full size trailer tires and may have had an accommodation cabin located under the main long pivoting part of the slide near the front. I remember there was a red painted one and a blue one travelling around.

Again if anyone has pics of these slides could they please post them here.

G'day all,

I did the original post in this thread in December 2010, and some may have wondered WTF would I want those pics for....Since I didn't get anywhere with the request I started on a build of close enough is good enough.
Good enough......For what?

I have been working on a 1/14th scale slide trailer to run behind the Tamiya RC trucks avaliable. I started with the standard american box semi trailer and ended up with this:......

For very informative pics re the slide. Its not the version I wanted which appears to be one of the first in the country as the current crop seem shorter and lower.
