Just thought I would mention the Sky Walker is still in Western Australia. It did Katanning, then Busselton show this weekend and is travelling to Albany for next weekends show.

I also hope you have taken into account several other factors such as Public Liability - which needs to be secured BEFORE you operate the ride, a prime mover to move the ride, replacement parts, a knowledge of electronic and mechanics, a secured loan - a single investment property will not be enough...
