id like to know the same thing. all my pictures are over 60 bites or whatever the limit is..

Use more compression in the image editors when saving

Ah yeh so not a jpeg, something different?

Jpeg is fine, just use more compression
Edit: or make your image smaller, it can go up to 80px square - it doesn't need to be that big
