Its design was unique, I would say it was either custom-built in Australia or it was the actual prototype unit from North America. (I have a photo of this prototype somewhere)

If anyone has any photo's of this Aus one, please post.

Thanks for posting those photos Doogal - I agree with OzShow in his Show West observation.

I notice some Gravitron pannels next to the Loops. That latticework is an engineering masterpiece. (and a lot of welds to be inspected!) - I am thinking it must be the USA prototype before it was taken on in fullscale production by Larson in the 1970's. I would like to be proven wrong.

I'm quite surprised Durkin Amusements are selling Chaos; perhaps the extra cash will help pay off Insanity which has sort of been a white elephant since it was purchased. I think they'll have trouble getting rid of Chaos here in Australia but you never know. This ride has only been a moderate success worldwide and I have personally never heard anyone rave about it.

There are a few rides for sale in WA if you know who to ask. Some of the operators seem to have issues with the next generation not willing to follow in their parents foot steps.

Ben, Allan Woodall is selling chaos and Phillip Durkin has insanity and they are different companies. So if Allan sells it, Phil wont get the money for insanity

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, about Halloween being sold, hope whoever bought it read this forum, before they bought it.

So how did it get onto RES, is the question?

No it's not a KMG Swing It. I'm still curious as to weather we will see this other ride plan surface or not... It should be interesting.

My guess is that Halloween got onto RES simply because it was a new attraction and for no other reason. Who does own Halloween now? Perhaps it has had a complete overhall and is working now.

It may well have Ben, this ride should have been throughly tested, before getting ground at Sydney, my advise was that it had only been operated once before Sydney and was having the same problems that occured.

just proves that FJF really know how to knockout the competion when it comes to dark rides, Halloween really stood no chance against a highly detailed grave yard!!! Hands down the best detailed piece of the show this year, apart from lighting on Skywalker etc.
