seen the new wheel racked at the truckstop today and when i was on my way home it was on the way to the showgrounds, techno jump was also there, but it was still there tonight when i was travelling home, ill see if it is still there in the morning, it wasnt hard to spot the showmen as they were all travelling with their camps in a big convoy, must have been 15 caravans all in a row

Well, I will not be attending EKKA this year due to the ATO stuffing me around like no tomorrow. Maybe next year

techno jump will be at the showgrounds and set up now i would guess.

i will be going to the show i think on showday monday, i will get pics and post them this year.

Ekka 2010 - I am worried.. No signs of xxl, speed, kamikaze, insanity, slingshot (which have been rumoured not to be showing at all), star flyer, most of TPA's gear, pinks crazy cars or wave swinger.. It goes on. Instead we have 2 roller coasters and a flume taking up most of the grounds. And crappy old rides (starship200) taking up prime positions! (it's in power surges usual spot.. On a refreshing note, space roller has moved to where starflyer was last year, and pirates at least has a good frontage this time. Let's hope some quality gear comes to fill in the fill the holes that remain!

im sure alot of stuff is still on its way from cairns, and pine rivers show is this weekend, so im sure somee quipment will come from there

Well, we know for a fact Wave Swinger will not be at EKKA this year as it is at Luna Park Sydney. I don't see much gear from Pine Rivers going to EKKA as it's mostly your Cha Cha's and that sort of gear at that show, the stuff that doesn't get on to capitals this year. It wouldn't surprise me if XXXL doesn't attend this year to be honest, as last year it barley had any riders. But then again most of the gear at EKKA doesn't make much money.

Great photos! Thanks for posting. I've taken my camera with me today so I'll put some up us afternoon too. Well I can relax a little knowin xxl is here! Mixer has been setup between taipan and haunted hotel. Looks like mega drop will not be setup this year, part of the ride is wedged between the fence and the back of hotel and mixer. Alibaba has returned.

I was told March's were going to apply for the Hurri but then decided not to in the end, unless thing's have changed which is great news.

Can 100% confirm that March's Hurricane is on at EKKA this year. Will be working Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday at the show too
